Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you can make, and it can be scary for some. Whether it is your first time buying, or your thousand, there are things to take into consideration. I have come up with some questions for you to take into consideration when you are searching for a home in  Southwest Florida.

The WHO. Who is going to live in your home full time? Who is going to visit you once you have your Bonita Springs home? Who may potentially need to move with you in the next 10 years?

The WHAT. What is your moving time frame? What are you needs and wants? What are you willing to compromise on? What is your work commute going to be?

The Where. Where is the nearest hospital? Where are things located for the kids  and adults to do? Where is the grocery store?

The When. When do we need/ want to move by? When do we start looking? When does traffic pick up?

The Why. Why are we moving? Why do we or don’t we like this area? Why are there so many things to do?

The How. How much is our budget? How are we going to get from point A to point B? How is the transition going to go? How do we apply for financing? How do we apply at the HOA? How long is this going to take?

There are many things to take into consideration, and only you and your family know what is best for you guys. I, as a Real Estate Professional and here to help you put your roots down somewhere that fits what your needs and wants are.
